If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. We recommend shooting a short video while unboxing your order.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.

As these are décor products, returns for reasons such as personal preference or styling choices are currently not accepted.
