Shipping policy

We currently ship across most major cities in India.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days.
Delivery timelines typically range between 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location, meaning Saturday and Sunday don't count toward the transit time.Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.

If an incorrect shipping address was provided while placing the order, we can arrange a reshipment to the correct address; however, an additional processing fee will apply.

In case you choose to cancel the order after it has been shipped, a processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
